Frequently Asked Questions:
- Exchanges and returns are acceptable up to 30 days from date of delivery.
- Danny K. First Time Free exchange policy: Simply ship to us any item(s) to be exchanged and we’ll pay for shipping the new item(s) back to you. This offer is for online and phone orders only and is limited to the first exchange per order. Shipping costs on any additional exchanges will be paid by you.
- Returns will get credit for full purchase price (less shipping) immediately upon our receiving your returned item(s).
- Please call our office prior to shipping any exchanges or returns for Return Authorization info.
- Orders may take up to 15 days to ship from the date order is placed. Most orders ship in 1 to 7 days. Special Order fabrics may take longer. We will notify customers (by phone or email) in the event of unexpected delays. Please call our office if you would like to place an order with expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day Air, etc.).
- Special order fabrics are available at no additional charge. There are no exchanges or refunds available on these fabrics. See additional notes under “Shipping time”.
Colors of fabrics may differ from what you see online:
- We color calibrate our monitors monthly using a GretagMacbeth™ professional colorimeter to ensure the greatest possible accuracy of the images you see on the Danny K. website. No monitor, however, is perfect and colors as they appear on your monitor may differ from the actual fabric.
